All prices stated on www.sveasvea.com are inclusive VAT. We reserve the right to make printing errors in texts and that there may be deviations in price. We reserve the right to cancel orders with obvious incorrect prices.

Packages are always sent to the nearest delivery point, based on the address you specify in your order. When the package is available for collection, an SMS with information about the tracking number is sent to the mobile phone number specified when ordering. When collecting a consignment, a valid ID document must be presented. Normal delivery time is 1 – 6 working days from the time the order is confirmed by e-mail. Delivery time may vary depending on the country you are ordering from. When your order has been sent, you will receive an email to the specified e-mail address.
Packages that have not been picked up within the specified time are returned and the customer is charged a fee for costs of administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
An agreement on purchase is drawn up when you have received confirmation of your order from Svea via e-mail to the e-mail address specified when ordering. The confirmation takes place when we have processed your order. When ordering, you accept all of our terms and conditions. Svea does not enter into agreements with persons who are minors and do not have the parent’s approval.
Before making a return, you must register it through our return portal. Fill in your order number starting with ”1-” and the email address you used when ordering.
When you have completed the return registration, a return label is automatically created and sent to you via email. Print the label and attach it to your package. Then hand in the package to the pick up point you picked up the package from. As soon as we have received and handled your return, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you return your package without the return label we provide, Svea will not bear any possible costs, and it may take longer before the return arrives and is handled.
You have a full right of return and exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and returned in undamaged condition and, where applicable, in original packaging and that labels still remain. If the returned products (product) are dirty (makeup etc) or smell like perfume, we only credit 30% of the value of the product.
Svea is not responsible for packages sent with a return label other than the one provided by us. If you choose to use another carrier, you are responsible for the package and its products until they reach our warehouse. You are then responsible for any costs for transport.
We do not accept returns of swimwear and underwear due to hygiene factors. Unless the garment has a hygiene patch.
When you return an item, you bear the risk, so it is important that you package the item properly so that it is not damaged during transport. The goods must also be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging, all labels must remain. It is important to use an outer packaging and not to tape / paste directly on the original packaging (for example, you can not use the school box as packaging).
To enable a possible return, you need to be able to prove the purchase, therefore we recommend that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.
Repayment of an approved return takes place within 3 days and is paid by Klarna. We do not reimburse any shipping costs.
The Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery. If you receive an item that is faulty, we want you to contact us as soon as possible. Please note that you must leave us a message with information about the error within a reasonable time after you discovered it.
